As time passes the Staffing Industry faces certain "existential" threats. When job boards first become digital, many thought the recruiting industry was doomed. But we adapted. When LinkedIn became the primary professional networking social media site, many thought that the end was in sight for the recruiting industry. But we adapted. The newest threat is Automation and AI. This is a bit different because the threat it poses isn't just to automated the recruiter, but to completely shift workforces. In this parody interview, I used AI to generate conversational text and a virtual avatar to discuss how AI will disrupt the staffing industry. And I agree on just about everything Aileen claims.
