  • What personally identifiable information is collected by Dan Mori, LLC, Staffing Mastery, or by any third party through our website and/or app;

  1. Information Collection and Use

Dan Mori, LLC and Staffing Mastery collects two different types of information through our website: anonymous information and personally identifiable information.

Anonymous Information. We collect and store anonymous, aggregate information (such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, search engines, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks) from all visitors to our website and/or app. You may search our website and/or app for Services and other information provided through our website and/or app without ever submitting your name, email address or any other personally identifiable information. The anonymous information that we do collect from your visit is never linked to any of your personally identifiable information until you voluntarily submit that personal information, in which case some otherwise anonymous information may be connected to your website and/or app activity and personal account. Otherwise, the anonymous information is only used in the aggregate to analyze trends, administer the website, diagnose any problems, track a visitor’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We may provide this anonymous information in aggregate form to other parties or use it for our own insight or marketing purposes. Our ability to use this information is not restricted in any way.

We also use “cookies” and “image tags” to collect certain usage information from all customers and visitors to our website and/or app. A “cookie” is a small text file that a website or app can place on your computer’s hard drive or on your mobile device’s memory in order to collect information about your activities on our website and/or app. An “image tag,” also known as a clear GIF or web beacon, works together with cookies and is a small image file that may be located in various areas of our website and app. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you have the option to change your browser setting to decline them.

Accepting cookies in no way gives us access to your computer, mobile device, or any personal information about you, since cookies are not used to identify anonymous website or app visitors. Our cookies enable you to proceed smoothly through our website and/or app and know whether you’ve used it before, so as to eliminate some steps that apply to new visitors. Cookies also give us usage data like how often you visit, where you go on our website and/or app, and what you do while here.

Further, with your permission, we may collect information about your use or interaction with our website and/or app or about the devices you use to connect or interact with our website and/or app by automated means, including tracking technologies. As discussed above, these tracking technologies may include “cookies,” which are small lines of text/data that are written onto your device by a website and/or app. Most browsers and devices allow you to block and delete cookies. However, if you do that, the website and/or app may not work properly. Dan Mori, LLC, Staffing Mastery and suppliers acting on our behalf may use cookies, pixel tags, beacons, web beacons, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi monitoring and other technologies to operate the website and/or app and to provide services. With your consent, we may also use technologies to capture your demographic information and engagement with us in order to present you with a more personalized experience.

Some browsers and devices have a “do not track” feature that lets you tell websites and/or apps that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These features are not yet uniform, so we are not currently set up to respond to those signals.

There are potentially serious security issues with any computer or mobile device connected to the Internet without the appropriate protection, regardless of whether the connection is made through a wireless network, a cable modem, dial-up access, or otherwise. These security issues range from viruses, worms, and other programs that can damage the user’s computer to attacks on the computer by unauthorized or unwanted third parties (hackers). Some of the risks of compromised security include unprotected files on the computer or mobile device becoming exposed to third parties who may have criminal intent and malicious damage to a user’s computer, mobile device, or even a whole network, up to and including the destruction or deletion of files or the re-formatting of drives. It is recommended that any user connecting to the Internet via a wireless connection use Virtual Private Network system to protect their personal information, although even that may not protect from eavesdropping and other types of attacks. Note that security on the Internet is a rapidly changing landscape with new attacks springing up often. All users should also consult a security expert to determine whether there are any potential security holes in their computer’s configuration. The suggestions given herein are provided as a courtesy and do not replace specific personalized advice provided by your network administrators, company computer security personnel, or other security experts with whom you may be working.

If we are required to provide notice to you of a data security breach, the notice will be provided in electronic form.
