Staffing Sales Summit – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in and attendance at the Staffing Sales Summit (“Event”) hosted by Staffing Mastery (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By registering for or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for, purchase tickets to, or attend the Event.


2. Event Description & Registration

  1. Event Description: The Staffing Sales Summit is an in-person conference focused on sales strategies, trends, and best practices in the staffing industry.
  2. Registration: To attend the Event, you must complete the registration form and pay any applicable fees. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, up to date, and complete.
  3. Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to attend, unless otherwise specified or with explicit written permission from the Event organizer.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

3.1 Payment

  • All registration fees for the Event must be paid in full prior to your attendance. Accepted payment methods and any transaction fees will be indicated during the registration process.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund (30 Days Prior): If you submit a written refund request at least thirty (30) days before the Event start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
  • Full Refund (Within 3 Days of Purchase): If you submit a written refund request within three (3) days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, regardless of how close it is to the Event date.

3.3 Partial Refunds & Credits (Within 30 Days)

  • For refund requests beyond three (3) days of purchase and within thirty (30) days of the Event start date, you may choose one of the following options:
    1. 50% refund of the registration fee, OR
    2. Full credit toward a future Staffing Sales Summit (to be used within [X months/1 year], subject to availability).

3.4 Recordings Option

  • If you prefer to receive the Event session recordings rather than a partial refund, you may request a refund up to $497 of your ticket price, with the remaining balance covering the cost of the recordings.

3.5 Extenuating Circumstances

  • We understand that emergencies (e.g., serious medical issues, natural disasters) can arise. In such cases, please email [email protected] with documentation. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in a full or partial waiver of the above policy, at our sole discretion.

3.6 Transfer of Tickets

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual at no additional cost, provided you notify us in writing at least 14 before the Event start date. Please contact [email protected] with the new attendee’s name and contact information. No transfer is valid until confirmed by the Event organizer.

3.7 Refund Requests & Processing

  • How to Request a Refund: All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected], with the subject line “Refund Request – [Attendee Name].”
  • Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of the approval date. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

3.8 Changes to Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our official website or communicated via email. Your continued use of the registration site or attendance at the Event after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

  1. Schedule & Speakers: We reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, or content at any time. Any such changes will be communicated via email or posted on our official website.
  2. Event Cancellation/Postponement: In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide details on applicable refunds, credits, or rescheduling options in line with the above policy.
  3. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics).

5. Code of Conduct

  1. Professional Behavior: All attendees are expected to behave in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct will not be tolerated.
  2. Removal: We reserve the right to remove or prohibit attendance (without a refund) to any individual who violates this Code of Conduct.
  3. Venue Rules: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the Event venue, including safety protocols, health guidelines, and security measures.

6. Media Release & Recording

  1. Photography & Recording: We (and/or our authorized representatives) may photograph or record parts of the Event, including attendee participation. By attending, you grant us permission to use your name, image, likeness, and voice in any such recording for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation.
  2. Usage Rights: The organizer retains all rights to such media. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings, please notify us in writing prior to the Event. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. Event Content: All content provided at or in connection with the Event—such as presentations, slides, and supplementary materials—is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without the prior written consent of the rightful owner.
  2. Trademarks: The Staffing Sales Summit name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use these trademarks without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  1. No Guarantee of Results: The information and materials provided at the Event are for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about any specific outcomes or results from attending the Event.
  2. Not Professional Advice: Presentations and discussions may cover legal, financial, or other professional topics but are not a substitute for professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional before taking any actions based on such information.
  3. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, employees, and agents) disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising out of your attendance at, or inability to attend, the Event, including incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
  4. Personal Property: You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings at the Event. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  1. Collection of Information: We collect personal information during the registration process (e.g., name, email) to process your ticket and facilitate Event services.
  2. Use of Information: We may use this information to communicate important updates, promotional material (if opted in), and logistical details.
  3. Third-Party Services: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers as necessary for Event operations (e.g., payment processors).
  4. Consent: By registering for the Event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in this section..

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, including the incorporated refund policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Osceola Country, Florida.


11. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Your continued participation after any such update signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
